Im struggling with this one, im use to lighting bigger products with more space but have been approached by a greeting card manufacturer for some pack-shots, Ive shot some for them in the past and have used a white background the using the lights i put a gradient on to make the white card stand off the background, however they now want some for Amazon and apparently amazon will only use hi-key backgrounds, so heres the thing.
I have limited space in their design studio (but wont allow the new designs out of their sight!) im getting bleed off the background onto the bottom of the card which is bleaching it out, how can i combat this? I dont want to manually edit them all - if i did i'd shoot on black and cut them out so this is not an option. what ideas do you wonderful people have!?
