Had a play with GreenScreen Wizard Pro and was quite impressed. I don't need it, but it did work. I'd only recommend it if you're doing volume (e.g. party photobooth etc) - if it's just for one-off's, do it in PS instead. GSW was very easy, lended itself to bulk workflow and gave quite impressive results.

Unless it's for video, I never use green screen.. it leaves too many colour artefacts. I shoot against grey. Green is useful for video as it's an automated, real time process that's needed usually, and green is a complementary of most Caucasian skin colours. Useful for video and fast, automated stuff like photobooths. However, when working on one still image, it makes more sense to just use a neutral backdrop that provides a nice edge contrast and use refine edge in PS.

If it's one still image at a time, then shooting against grey (light or dark depending on the colours of the model and clothing, hair etc) is the way to go. I used to do a great deal of this kind of work... not done any for a bit, but the last job I did used this method too.

Here's a crop to show how well refine edge can work if shot against grey. Check out the hair... both shadow on the right, and highlight on the left.
