supose it depends on the rules in their country I suppose. Image libraries don't upload images of people without model releases so I suspect the photographer could be in deep poop

Depends on the country as mentioned, i'm not even sure legally you need one in the UK.

More to the question as POAH mentioned almost all Image librarys will ask for one anyway so we need to know if the agency asked for one.

In UK model release forms don't hold much clout legally (or so I keep reading on here) and aren't required, but I've read alot of things about stick sites even in UK requiring model release forms
