Great tutorial on shooting water drops (video)

Don't know if anyone has seen this, but here's a really good video on how to shoot water drops.

Never done it myself, but this chappy makes it look nice and easy

Will a 50mm 1.8 be sufficiant? If not I have the 18-50mm kit lens and also a 50-250mm lens as well. Which would be best?

No probs

I don't see why the 50mm wouldn't be ok?
As long as you can get close enough to the drops. Not sure what the minimun focus distance is on that lens........

Yeah that's my concern. I may need to get a table mount tripod as well before giving it a go!

I'd use the 18-55mm kit lens, @18mm to 30mm
