Bought a dust aid kit in april, used it a couple of times to clean 1.6 sensors. Went to clean a FF and noticed the kit didn't have the 1.0 wand it should only two 1.6 and one 1.3.
Phoned up on the off chance they could send me a wand. They said it was unlikely due to the time past. Fair enough, he put me on hold for 30 seconds then came back and told me they would send me a new kit if I sent the old one back.
Less than 48 hours from that phone call my replacement arrived. Not a great deal of money at stake but it was nice that they replaced it.
