Graphistudio order

Im trying to make an order for a digital album through Graphi but when i go to the trade area and new order i get a welcome screen which has a red loading bar and the words " Loaded module: Get Materials" but its stuck on this screen for ages. I have refreshed but its just the same and taking agea--anyone else had this and can give me an idea on whats happening?

Should have mentioned that there is the spinning wheel as if its trying to load.

Mark did you get this sorted? Which browser were you using?

Tried for just under 2hrs to get it but to no avail, ended up shutting pc down and restart and it went through fine. Just waiting on my book getting made up now and hoping its ready next week.Cool thing is there is an iphone ap where i can watch the books status at any point.
