Graphistudio 4.5.2 problem

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem installing the Graphi design software on my Windows 8 machine, it seems to install ok but, every time I open a current project, it treats it as if it's the first project, going through the opening sequence.

Each time I click on the "don't show again" box but, next time I open it, it shows again.

Also, can't import photos through Photoshop, it tell me it can't open droplet.

Anyone had experience of this?

Don't want to go too far in case I lose all my work, tried calling Graphi but, their phone is on constant answering machine.

best thing to do is ring the english office and they will put you though to italy, who are very helpful. make sure you save the jpg as recommended by graphi, i cant remember off the top of my head but if you have it wrong, it wont let you import.

regarding the dont show again...i have always had that, isnt there a version 5 now though?

As stated, I tried to call the UK office but, just get an answering machine.

I think I have it sorted now though, I set the program to Windows 7 compatibility mode and, managed to import images through photoshop, still get the info screen every time but, I can live with that.

Not sure about a version 5, 4.5.2 is the version they have on their website.
