I will be getting a D800. What would be the minimum graphics I would need to deal with large raw files and hd video? I have a maximum budget of £200.

not much.. raw files wont require a graphics card. hd video playback will work on most, even low end cards/onboard chipsets.

I should have made myself more clear. I will be using Photoshop and premier.

adobes supported card list for CS5 is pretty small but it does include the current line of nVidia cards:

GeForce GTX 285
GeForce GTX 470
GeForce GTX 570
GeForce GTX 580

they do run quite hot (and hense noisey) i believe though from what ive read.

You can fool the adobe mercury playback engine to use almost any Nvidia card (it's just editing a text file). I did it for mine a GT450 passive and it's a significantly more performant compared to my overclocked i7-2600K

The thing that will matter is number of CUDA units onboard coupled with graphics card clock speed. Which one is best? No idea - sorry!
