There is no camera shop there.
It could be a serviced office or a mail-drop.

I suspect they are ( grey ) direct imports ,not that there is anything wrong with grey imports, except warranty issues. However not having heard anything from people who have made purchases from this company, I would wait until there is more feedback first

That's when to walk away, because it usually is the case.

Never heard of them, do your research first would be my advice.

I got almost caught out way back in 2011. A company called Crazy Cameras had a lens I wanted, new but cheap. Naively, I ordered it and I only got my money back after a drawn out fight.

Turns out it was a fraudulent company and ever since, once bitten, twice shy has been my mantra towards such things. That's not to say the company you're looking at aren't legit (as far as grey goes) but without proof, I'd be careful especially if they are thousands of miles away.

It’s a serviced office; part of it at least is Regus offices

Could be anything though. Apparently there are 149 companies registered on the third floor alone!

ISTR one of my lecturers when I was studying architecture at Cardiff had been working at Alec French & Partners when they designed the building a few years before
