Grahics card or LCD problem

Looks like the image has been compressed to far as I can see the square compression pattern in it on my laptop. This will have reduced the images clarity and make it blurry. Is the image directly from the camera effected? What size is the original image?
 
used DPP to convert raw ( max size )to jpg, tried lightroom/dxo with the same results
 
Can't see any problems with that image. You're going to have to get a shot which shows the problem clearly.

Yes looks ok to me too, which bit is supposed to be blured? Have you checked them on another computer?
Edit I can see a small bit bottom right

it does look quite highly compressed i must say, anyone know if zenfolio applies any compression? maybe worth trying flickr as a test?

out of interest out of lightroom what settings are you using for jpg quality, colour space, any resizing, PPI and sharpen settings?
 
Further update took camera back to Mifsuds. after trying another 60d and different lens in the shop the problem was still there.Mifsuds agreed there was a fault and gave me my money back
