He is a gruff old man who sits in a crowded workshop just south of Tower Bridge in London - reminded me of Gepato from Pinocchio.
Wasn't able to fully fix my lens, but proved very honest - he didn't charge me (although I left him £20 for his efforts anyway). Would try him again, as he has very reasonable repair prices compared to most.
