I bought my Fitbit Versa 4 smart watch from Argos on 1st January 2024, it’s been great, with excellent battery life (several days) but on Wednesday it threw a wobbly and nothing I could do would reset it to normal operation.
On checking I saw that it had a 2-year warranty and I was 22 months into that.
I used the Fitbit (now Google) App to speak to support.
Much to my surprise I had a response almost immediately. Having explained what I had already done to rectify the fault the representative said he wouldn’t waste my time going over it again but would send a return label and as soon as the old watch was received they would post out a replacement.
I got the label and saw the destination as Poland so assumed a long wait. Dropped off at a DHL point on Thursday and just had confirmation that the replacement will be with me today (Saturday) after lunch!
Not bad service from Google. (y)
 
Yes, Google always have excellent support. A bit like Amazon. Their tax money hard at work :)
