I certainly don't remember getting the 1st email The thing that got
me suspicious was that its not addressed to me by name
BUT if its a genuine circler then perhaps it wouldn't be

On 11 March 2009 we notified you that Google Checkout's transaction processing fees will be changing and the AdWords free transaction processing promotion will be discontinued on 5 May 2009. Our records indicate that you have not yet accepted the new Terms of Service. In order to continue to use Checkout from 5 May 2009 onwards, you must login to your account and accept the new Terms of Service. You may login to your account here: https://checkoutetc
Accounts that have not accepted the new Terms of Service by 11:59 PM GMT on 4 May 2009 will be suspended and unable to process orders until the new Terms of Service have been accepted.
