I have been using Google's Webmaster Tools for some time now, and have been receiving data no problem, and I only recently realised I was missing out on a wealth of much better information on the Google Analytics page (which I stumbled upon completely by accident!). The problem is I have no data showing on Google Analytics. Is there something I need to do to get this data to show? I have tried posing the question on Google's own help forums but have not received any response. I use a Zenfolio site which is set up with Webmaster Tools using the meta tag on the home page, is there something else I need to do?

You need to create a GA account, which will give you a unique bit of java code. Insert this code on your page (not sure how it works for ZF) and it'll start feeding you stats
 
Is this a different code to the one webmaster tools uses? I thought the two were linked? It seems I have a google analytics account as it shows my website when I bring the page up, it just doesn't have any data :confused:
