Making a trip down to the south coast for this at the weekend. Just wondered if anyone had shot it before.
I hear spectator access is pretty good, and should offer some decent potential for shots.
Anyone got any experience of shooting here. Ive just seen the entry list and cannot wait for this!!!
 
I've been to around 250 motorsport events in the past 15 years, but 73MM was hands down the best event I've been to, head and shoulders above anything else.

Access is superb, the best way to describe it is like going to the Festival of Speed and only 5,000 people being there.

Cheers Jim, just had a look at the entry list, which certainly got me looking forward to the event. Hopefully I'll get something acceptable to share on here.

Thats music to my ears Chris. Really looking forward to it, and it looks like a really good entry list too.
I've never been to Goodwood before, but the packed nature of the FOS and Revival means that I'll probably never head down for either of those. This seemed like a good alternative.
Lovely work from last year. I'll be hoping to emulate that at the weekend!

The Revival is worth it I've done FOS and the Revival and for me the revival is simply amazing not only do you get to see some incredible machinery on the track but also in the air I saw the 2 Lancasters with the Spitfires and it's a memory that will stay with me for ever. But then you've got the Pre 66 car-park and 99% of people ion period dress I want to go back next year if I can

I'll maybe consider taking a trip to the revival sometime. I'll see how I get on this weekend. Its a long ol drive! Cheers
