The old reliable Coolpix 995 has finally been retired into the hands of my partner.
I've just been over to Buckhaven to collect my birthday present. I'm now the proud owner of a Canon 40D and 70-200 f4 L lens together with a 580 EX II flash. The only thing missing is the wide angle zoom which Kerso didn't have in stock - but I'll have one soon.
Tomorrow will see my first useage of a DSLR. Now I can start enjoying my hobby again.
