yup! whipsnade is a good one!

but really,, as others already say in this forum, its all about getting as close as you can to the fence/barrier/glass and minimising reflective light and using a longer focus (rather than short focus).

Last time I went to London Zoo the glass was way to dirty to get a good shot through glass. However there are a number of animals (not the big, exciting, man eating ones obviously) that are unrestricted by glass or wire.
