I've had a Redsnapper tripod for a few years and recently it developed a fault.

I sent it back for repair and got it back today.

I had to pay for the return carriage (which was less than it cost me to send it to them) but the cost of the repair was ... £0.00

Always good to have an example of good service.

Sounds like a good company to deal with, I looked at their range before opting for a manfrotto, hope their service will be just as good.
