Good Opportunity?

What a great idea, if only I wasn't 700 miles away :'(
 
A full day for a tenner with hot & cold food and drinks available. Sounds an ideal opportunity for a TP Meet.

Looks good. Need a crystal ball for the weather though as if it is piddling down all day it might be a bit miserable!
 
I've just purchased a ticket. Its only and hour from me and if the weather is poor I only lose a tenner.

Worth a punt I say. Looking forward to it.
 
Sounds good especially for £10. I think I might be busy next weekend though. Wonder if I could move things around to get there.

I can't decide what lens to take. I don't do people pictures. Was stuck between 50mm or 105mm primes or being lazy and taking my trusty 28-300 squidgy zoom.
 
Never done anything like this before so dont really know what to expect. I think I will just take the lot and see what happens when I get there.

Ticket arrived today.
 
I shall probably stick with the 28-300 as I know what I'm going to get with that.
 
Only 300 miles for me, would be a fun meetup though i wouldn't expect to get much photography done :D
 
I stayed about an hour. Would have been better had it not been like a furnace outside.
