Good noise reduction program

As the title suggests, im looking for a good noise reduction program.

Or how to do it effectivley in photoshop cs3

Lightroom V3 does it quite effectively.

topaz denoise or noise ninja or neat image all very good but the best is noiseware by imagenomic.

Don't forget the free comunity noisware software - if you google comunity noisware it is the top one I think. Not too bad and free so all the better

Easy to use and there is a free trial version that can be used without limit of time.

for Neat image. Although I'm now using lightroom 3 which has a very good noise reduction panel.

Neat image does a good job.
Easy to use and there is a free trial version that can be used without limit of time.

Another +1 for Neat Image, only downside with the free version is it strips the Exif data. I still use it though
