Good Lens For Rallying (Sony)?

Hi,

I'm currently using the standard sony sal7530 but I'm finding that the shots aren't as sharp as I'd like.

What would be a good upgrade from this?

Been looking at a beercan but still unsure

any comments or suggestions welcome as I know of quite a few rally togs on here

a sigma 70-200 f2.8 would be worth a look....
or the 70-300 G SSM

you might find the beercan lacking in the reach dept if you use 200-300 on your 75-300 a lot.i would agree with PAS that a decent upgrade would be the 70-300 G SSM,but will set you back approx £500 new.
