Hi all, my names Brian, im 28 from Glasgow.

Recently made the step up to using dslr by buying a Canon 40D with a Canon EFS 18-55mm lens.

I've taken a few basic pictures, toying with the different features on the camera. But im wanting to learn about photography in depth.

Im in the Royal Navy, and i'll be looking to take more pictures in that arena if anyone has any interest.
