Good buy on 32Gb Class 10 SD Card - £15

Having been caught out previously, Ebay is the last place I would buy memory cards.
 
same card was on 7 day shop or my memory not too long ago for a similar price. Also the 8 Gb ones for about £5.

Given the feedback score - I'd take a punt but have about 130Gb of cards!
 
I was sold a couple of counterfeit cards that had all the appearance of being genuine. Until they failed.

I'm not saying all cards on Ebay are fake, just that the chances are that they may be. I'm not willing to take the chance of losing images just because I wanted to save a couple of pounds. Work out the amount you'll save and then divide it by the number of images you're likely to put on the card throughout its life. Fractions of a penny?

I buy my cards from 7DayShop or MyMemory now and haven't had any problems.

There are a lot of things that I would use eBay for - memory cards are not one of them unfortunately.

I'm sure that the reputable sellers on there probably aren't selling fakes, but if I'm going out for a shoot, the last thing I want to be worrying about is whether or not any of those files are going to corrupt. I'd like to say this is probably all FUD, but this has happened to me first hand, and for the extra £5 that it costs to buy a genuine Sandisk Extreme 32GB from Amazon, I'm not prepared to take the chance.

That being said, the card itself is a good price, so thank you for posting OP. :-)
 
The sandisk version is now cheaper on amazon. Otherwise that probably was one of the better prices!

+1 too many fake cards being sold on fleabay and the funny part is that 99% of the buyers dont even realise they have been sold a fake
would not buy any card off there even if it was half price of anywhere else

You don't know you've got a fake until it fails. Then it's too late.
