Hi :)

I am Wendy just on the edge of joining you all in the experience of photography for more than family snap shots.

At the moment I have no camera, well I do, a Casio 10.1 Exilm point and shoot. I am researching, touching, trying as many different camera's as I can to find the one that suits me and then sending my xmas list off to Santa lol.

I guess I will be reading threads a lot - asking questions and oh asking more questions :)

Hmmm what else do you put in an introduction? guess that will do for now :)

Casio's a nice camera, my 850 got me hooked on taking pics, quality wasnt there but all the functions where spot on. :thumbs:
 
It is a good little compact, looking forward to getting a more advances camera in ner future and playing about with it. :)
 
Yeah got my camera, decided on the Canon 450D - was a toss up between that and the 1000D. Loving it, just generally messing about testing features etc etc atm. :)

I would say take your time choosing a camera, go into one of the shops where you can actually try them out and see which ones you prefer the feel of.

Welcome to TP , I quite new here just feeling my way around. Seems a ready pleasant place to red all about our hobby.
