may have been good for you, but i had the misfortune of buying one of their sigma 12-24. In the end i swapped it three times, and then they sent it away for recalibration, only for me to receive a letter from Jessops telling me that the lens has suffered severe impact damage and that i had to pay £130 to get the lens back.
What was worse is that i had taken their accidental damage cover out, so they should have just replaced it and got it working for me without even looking... sly buggers!
