Were going to picturesque Santorini at 5am in the morning, so we'll see a week Friday, hopefully have some great images to share, been packing all day, we're going to meet up with Kelack who's already there, for a mini TP meet

Santorini is a breathtaking place of Greece.
I have spent there for one week and was taking an infinite set of interesting (in my opinion) pictures.
So I wish having a nice time:thumbs:

Santorini looks ever so beautiful with many photographic opportunities, I too will also take a countless photographs.

I'm back :wave: and met Dave and Julie and Monkehs for a few Mythos' on Sunday

Only got back late last night after a detour to Rimini and been at work all day and so been unpacking and washing this evening so haven't yet had a chance to download photos, I'm sure Dave and Julie will though.

Even husband bought a little compact at the airport on the way out and got some good photos.......think the bug is getting him as well

Will be sure to post the one of me, Dave and Julie and the monkehs soon though :D

What a photogenic island - well 90% of it though. We drove I think every single road on the island and some of it well of the tourist track and was a little bit neglected

Will post some pics when I download them but going to bed as I'm still 2 hours ahead so it's nearly midnight for me and I've been up since 5 - if that makes any sense - see I'm too tired to make sense

So you didn't have to stop in Rimini then.......

Still haven't yet downloaded my photos, been clearing my laptop and then gave up for a while

Glad you made it home safe and looking forward to the doors and windows and gates :lol: :lol::lol::lol::lol:

What was the weather like yesterday and this morning? We didn't make our boat trip to the volcano on Monday in the end, it was cancelled cos of the weather which then went boiling hot by 11 so we ended up in the bar all day and night :lol::lol:
 
I may bet with you, that I have more Santorini's doors and windows ;)

No we didnt stop at Rimini, the weather was good, our trip was also cancelled, so we didnt make it there either and then as you said it soon cleared so we could have gone,

The lady did well with your camera, it was a fun night meeting and Dan and monkehs had a good time to dont know who had all those glasses of beer though :lol:

Beer - us - no :nono: :lol: Wasn't us! Was quite a fun night, we got kicked out of the bar at half one after hitting the cocktails, you should have stayed :lol:. Would have been a good un that boat trip. Ah well, never mind, maybe another time. We're thinking of going to an island nearby for a holiday and doing a day's boat trip to the volcano

So far this and one in Julie's thread, have been trying to sort them out and get the on a DVD for my parents and grandparents and have had all sort of fun. I will get some on soon, I promise
