How many of us actually use TP during work on our work computers?

I do, everyday :D

but my company is installing an interent monitor soon :thumbsdown:,
time to look for another job!
 
ha lol ye i thort as much it's just tooooo tempting and sorry for using the W word!
 
I do but a lot of the pics don't show. Must be a Firewall thing spoze:shrug:
 
a couple of times every hour at the moment as we are in a quite time of the year for us and the boss let's me do what ever I want :woot: so I flick between camera forums, koi forums and ebay :bonk: then every once in a while I will get the camera out and take some pic's of the koi ( for work you understand!!!)

All the time :) But working for a webhost its not really that hard not be looking at lots of websites.
 
Occasionally - we have monitors on our internet use though so I have to be a bit cautious!
 
Oh no :nono: our boys in blue will nick you for using a mobile phone whilst driving :razz: so a laptop must be out of the equation....:bonk:

The guys in the office can but not us on the shop floor.
Probably just as well I would not get any work done if i could access TP from work :D

The place I work has strict rules over the missue of the internet and along with a content blocking system to block access to non work related sites they also regularly monitor usage. Infact the top 10 offenders are identified each month people have got fired for using it when they should be working.

However, they do have a sensible approach :) provided you aren't surfing for grot, occasional brief use is OK as is use during lunch and breaks. So to answer the OP's question yes I do use the work PC to access TP, and when I travel I'm often in meetings over lunch so I don't pay too much attention to the time I access the site.

I should say that I'm not at a big risk of getting fired those that did were using the internet in excess of 5hrs a day, one as much as 7hrs a day :eek: and accessing "inappropriate" sites. Most really big offenders get a 3rd and final written warning (which lasts for 3 or 6 months, when you go back to a clean slate) - kind of making a mockery of the whole thing IMO, but that's where I work for you :cuckoo:

That's mad :cuckoo: one of the people who got a 3rd and final warning in our place was one of the managers responsible for over 20 people !! The shop floor staff where I work are probably the least likely to abuse the internet at work as if they do it'll be blatantly obvious from the work rate and the fact that they all share a couple of PCs.
 
I do.....:woot: but shouldn't.

I even bought a privacy screen filter from our iprocurement department so my team cant see what i'm doing! :eek:
