Cleaning and checking my gear last night ready for a wedding on saturday, my backup Jessops flash 360AFDN packed up. Try as I might , I couldnt find the reciept. I called the shop in Middlesbrough and explained my predicament. Purchased in Oct last year blah blah blah. No problems the girl said, just pop in and we will swap it. Much gratitude to the staff at the Middlesbrough shop. WELL DONE JESSOPS

I had the exact same experience up here in the Aberdeen store. for all the flak they get, they shone through for me in this instance!

I don't have personal experience of Jessops but i have seen many threads where they get a jolly good kicking so praise where praise is due. Well done to the guys and girls in the stores mentioned above.

I'd have to agree! My local hedge end store was able to reprint a receipt for something I'd bought 18 months earlier!

Shame the insurance company wasn't as efficient or interested.
