Certainly is, Mott the Hoople drummer Dale Griffin, has died age 67 also.

Yes, heard it on the radio this morning, sad, as with Alan Rickman and the likes, it's no age these days ...

Was a nice tribute on Simon Mayo show on way home with a "tunes day" of various eagles songs

And god forbid that he's about in another 30 years although I very much doubt it.

Grew up listing to to the likes of Bowie and The Eagles so feeling old now. The '2016 Heaven in the Park' is going to be quiet a music master piece this year.
