So who's going to Glastonbury this year then? Got my ticket in the re sale on sunday and I'm very excited! This will be the first time I have gone to a festival so very interested to see pics and hear peoples stories!
 
Yup, got mine. Been a regular since '82. Without doubt, one of the very best ways to spend a long weekend. Brilliant stuff to watch, good food, loadsa tasty beer and amazing atmosphere - 150,000 people and no hassle.

Once bitten, you'll be back!!:)

PS Let's just hope the weather holds - it does make a difference.
 
Yeah i have heard the festival is held in a bowl shaped piece of land which obviously fills up with rain lol = fun times!

The more i hear about Glastonbury the more i cant wait for it!
 
never been but I hear it's especially nice when the toilets get flooded :gag:

My nearest experience was a ride from Warrington to Preston with a packed train of festival goers, as the door opened the smell nearly knocked me off my feet, thank god I was only on it for 20 minutes,

The corridors were chocca then I found a space between 2 carriages with just one girl standing there, after about 2 minutes I realised why, 3 days without a wash had left her with a smell of stilton about her, either that or she'd used cheese deodorant
 
Couldn't make it this year due to timing, but went last year and it was FANTASTIC. I've been to a lot of festivals, and Glasto' was the best by miles, and really isn't just "about the music" . So many things to do!!
 
Who'll be the headliners this year then?
