Guys, I wan tot buy Panasonic GF-1 kit but to get this 3 warranty offer you have to buy it in store.

Do you know any Glasgow shops that sell this camera? Jessops has their own "nice" price for it, so even £50 cashback doesn't justofy purchase fro mthem...:(
 
I'm not sure, but I think the 3-year warranty offer might have expired now as when I was sending my claim form in it said on it that the offer finished on the 28th Feb....

Merchant City Cameras in Parnie St are Panasonic main dealers, pop down and see them (or phone them on 552 6823) and they'll be able to advise you better though :thumbs:

ok, I will phone them and ask. Thing is they have this camera on their www for £649.00 :( Riight now you can buy them for £520. I need to speak with them


Do you know nay other shops? I'm googling it but not many come out. Most of them are Jessops;)

I'm sure there's a Calumet in Glasgow, my boss brought his D60 and two lenses from there.

There is, but I don't think they sell the GF-1, in fact I'm pretty sure Jessops don't stock it either. John Lewis or Currys might sell it though

Yeah, there is one but I need to phone them. I'm going to Jessops in 30 minutes to speak with them, but they too have it for online purchase for £570;)
I found 2 shop s that will sell it for £520, then I can still claim £50 cashback...

I will also check John Lewis after Jessops today, they near of each other.
 
I have to say that seems quite expensive to me for what is essentially a compact with a fourthirds sensor.
 
There's also Black & Lizars in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
 
I know, I phoned them but they dont have it.
 
if you are willing to go to Perth, I know the owner of The Camera Shop there.
Can ask him if you are willing to travel ....
