Has anyone got a few good links to the above? All the ones on you tube seem to be look how good i am speeded up to a thousand miles an hour can't really find any good slow stuff i can learn from.

Go to youtube and run a search. Loads on there. Sorry i can't provide links, can't access youtube at work, (just as well really) :)

There's a lot of really bad one's on YouTube though, particularly with a gratuitous use of the blur tools.

Interesting that there seems to be an emphisis on retouching rather than shooting?

I would have though that lighting and posing came first and retouching would follow.

Just an observation :)
