Just thought i would let you all know that Lofty(Shirley) and I have had the first day of non-fags...and hopefully never to start again !!

There will be lots of photo`s from both of us as we will need to keep busy and more importantly our hands lmao

So far i have done a major clean of the bathroom, and also steam cleaned the kitchen floor....lots left to do thought

I am really hopefull this time about giving up smoking, and even thought i find it easier then Lofty, we are both there for eachother

Well done guys, Really really hope you crack it!!! I gave up 4 years ago, got fed up with paying all the tax and wanted to live as long as possible. Good you are doing this together, you will find it easier with support.
