Gimbal info

It does say it comes with a tool kit so the head may be fitted with grub screws from underneath these would need to be slackened off then the head should unscrew this will then show a stud on the column normally 3/8th any Gimbal will then screw onto that stud .
it may be 1/4 then you would need a thread adaptor

This ^^^

It looks like your tripod has three grub screws underneath the top platform, so loosen those and the head will just unscrew. It may be pretty tight though. Then the gimbal just goes on in its place.

The screw will almost certainly be 3/8in and more than likely there will be a small spanner in the tool kit to remove it. If you do that (and there's probably no reason to) then it'll usually have a 1/4in thread on the other end, so you can reverse it and have all options open.

The gimbal will most likely have an Arca-Swiss type camera clamp so unless you want the PITA of running two systems, you'll need to change or adapt your current tripod head.
