Gig Lens

Hi All,

Just wondered if any of you can recommend a lens to use at gigs. Ive been asked to photograph a friends band who are playing at the indigo2 soon.

I have 50mm f1.8 and the standard 18-55mm lens.

What can you guys and girls suggest?

That's from indigo2.

I was in the pit and if you are you will need something like a tamron 17-50 f2.8

If not...don't take your camera it gets packed
