Not seen this mentioned anywhere, but this weekend is the "Giant Spectacular" event in Liverpool. Much like the "La Machine" spider from a few years back this will involve huge mechanical puppets moving around the city. It looks like it is going to be an awesome sight and hope we get a few pics put up on here.

(Not put this in meeting place as I am not planning a meet, but will be there 'working')
