I am needing to get to Paris..... I know you can travel from St Pancreas But can you travel from Ashford.......? No car just me and a back pack....probably the Kent people know this one best but all help appreciated..... :)

It's incredibly easy, it's much closer to the tunnel than St Pancras so a slightly shorter journey (30 mins less roughly).

Enjoy your trip, but be warned that Gare du Nord station is a dive and possibly the worst station I have ever visited and is rife with pick pockets, scammers and gangs (the latter in the areas surrounding the station).

Enjoy, but don't let the horrible horrible Gare du Nord station taint your first opinions of the place! (If you haven't visited Paris before)

Been to Paris before and love it.........but I have always flown.......someone told me the tunnel was cheaper but so far it is more expensive as far as I can see

No sodding about at airports......

.......no transfers to worry about.....

....what's not to like?

Depending on where you're travelling from, don't forget Ebbsfleet! I've only used it once but it seemed quite civilised (i.e. quiet).
