Saturday off to St.Albans for Old Albanians RFC vs Southend RFC. Penultimate game of the season.:(

Then Wednesday at Thurrock RFC for the final of the Essex Senior Cup (Floodlit) as Southend RFC take on Westcliff RFC, a repeat of last years final which Southend won.:thumbs:

Seasons finished for us so going to watch a side a few divisions below us tomorrow and then have a think of what I can shoot this summer (though have got a 7's tournament in the pipeline)
 
Well that was a hoot. Massive sell-out at QPR with a major party atmosphere going on as they fully expected to win against Hull and get promoted. Lovely warm sunny day, and an amazing atmosphere.

They were 1-0 up until Hull upset things and equalised. However, as the final whistle went QPR were still going up as Norwich were drawing 2-2.

I was packed and ready to move before the final whistle as I knew a pitch invasion was coming. 17-40 and 70-200 on the cameras and moving as they came over the barriers. Thankfully it was all very good humoured as they hadn't yet realised Norwich had won 3-2 so QPR weren't going up this week. Complete chaos ensued - good pics out of it, but only one used in The Sun which was a Neil Warnock shot with his head in his hands as Hull equalised.

Shame they didn't go up as I'm sure there would have been a much bigger market for the pics if they had.

Watford this Saturday then...
