UPDATE:
So Ive sent them an email saying what I feel about this whole situation.
Im looking for official apology ( for me official is not just an email...Im waiting for a letter on company letterhead...) from them and thats what Im asking for...
will see what they will write back.

Dear X,

I note that the new X Y Prospectus/ Programme includes a photograph that was taken and provided by me.

You will recall that I provided the photograph on clear understanding that, rather then a fee, I would receive an acknowledgement as the Photographer.

As I received neither a fee nor an acknowledgement, I am somewhat aggrieved by this omission and feel that I have been taken advantage of.

I accept that, as we had prior agreement, this was not intentional, but I do rather think that an apology for the omission and acknowledgement of the photograph's origin is due to me.
