Yes
For the past while now I've had a problem with my Galaxy S2.

Firstly I noticed my playlists disappeared. (The songs are all still on the phone). It means that if I want to play a particular tune I have to trawl through the "All" list.

Second problem. When I plug the phone to the laptop with the USB lead I get a "USB Device not recognized". Which means I'm stuck with Kies Air, which isn't a lot of fun.

I don't think the two problems happened at the same time, but I'd really like to sort out this playlist mallarky.

Regarding the USB device not recognised I have the same problem. I think this is due to a bad driver that downloads with the Kies software and even though they update the sfotware they do not fix the driver. If anyone has a samsung phone driver they know works I'll gladly trade my first born for it.

I have just plugged mine in via USB and the pc recognizes it no problem,it sees the phone as GT-I9100 and also the memory card under windows 7
I do not use the Kies software but if I can look for any drivers please let me know

Chris
