As you may (not) have noticed I have not been on TPF since Saturday evening! well, I have had no internet what so ever at the holiday home in cornwall and only just managed to get onto a computer today!! It is hell :lol:

Anyway, see you on Saturday!!!!

go buy a new phone ;) mobile broadband kicks ass and I have yet to find a silly dongle supporting HSPDA

Vodafone's do - so much so that for the first year of their HSDPA service the only way you could get full flow was through their dongle, on mobile phones you were firmware restricted (though there was a simple hack to reverse this on the v1605/HTC TyTn).
 
Never again will I go on my hols without internet access, my week in a Yorkshire cottage was made worse because I had to walk to the top of a field for mobile access as well as having no internet access!!.

really, never seen one on orange run a htc touch hd and it gives me hspda when theres signal 3g or gprs as signal deteriorates
