Gadgets for DSLR`s

I thought I`d air this up as I have not seen anything about them, I`m talking about the gadgets that assist the photographer, What I`m talking about is remote shutter triggers or at least intelligent ones and not the normal simple types you can get.
3 examples are SPARK , ARSENAL or MIOPS, I guess they all do about the same thing.
Do we need them, meh, do we want them, yes, One that I have been following (Arsenal) claims to do so much for the user and thus doing away with things like ND filters or even thinking etc.
Will these gadgets catch on with you?
What`s your thoughts.

I got one of these (and a bunch of triggers, for xmas) Haven`t tried it in anger other than the odd test shot, but seems pretty cool. Also got a laser pointer too, as that doesn`t come with the kit.
