Fundraising art auction in Leicester

Myself and a small group of final year Photography & Video students are holding an art auction in a few weeks time to fundraise for our graduate show. We will be exhibiting at Free Range in London, but the University don't fund it, so we have to raise £8000 to do it! All money raised from the auction will go towards this total, and not personal printing etc.

Thought it would be a good idea to share it on the forum in case anyone from or near Leicester is interested in attending, or if you know anyone that might be, spread the word!

This is tomorrow! We now have between 30-40 items up for auction We've got student work from our Photography & Video and Graphic Design & Illustration courses, as well as paintings, signed photography prints and books.

Oh man, I would have come along if it's at weekends. Would love to see De Montford uni and perhaps buy some art work. My girlfriend was in De Montford and is now in Leicester uni. Unfortunately she's very busy tomorrow, going to London for visa.
