Fun on ebay - what would YOU do?

The reason for the refund is to avoid you leaving bad feedback.

The rules say you should leave bad feedback, but is that really the best thing to do? He has come through and sorted the problem out and that has to stand for something. He could have fought it hard from his side, but didn't.

I would leave neutral feedback and vaguely say there was a problem, but he sorted it.

So he has come through and given a refund, what a good boy he is.
He tried to shift a knackered piece of expensive kit as in good condtion, cause the op all the greif by having to open a dispute with ebay and had to wait for a refund on something that is not his fault in the slightest.
I am all for 'fairs fair' but not when one has do deal with a complete plank.
