Full frame wide angle options

I have seen a good review for the 17mm tokina 3.5 but it was for a Nikon. Has anyone used on a canon full frame?
 
I too am looking to fill the void under 24mm. Currently trying to sell crop lenses (10-22 etc) to get something for canon FF. Fairly convinced Samyang 14mm way to go as f2.8 and images I have seen look great. I guess I can crop for any requirement up to 24mm. Perhaps later on 18mm or 20mm would be nice. I liked the crop 10-22 but I assume primes must be better then zooms as well as being smaller.
