Aah, must be a store special - perhaps, as you say, an ex-demo and the last one in stock. Not available on the website though.

They do seem to be clearing used stock - I got a good deal on a returned x100t in Aberdeen this week. I'm away from home at the moment though, and it came without battery and charger, so can't use it till I get back to oxford.

Says "Used equipment" on the ticket just below the 2 year guarantee bit. The Fujifilm refurb store is looking for £179 for the body and £149 for the lens, so this is still a decent deal, especially with the 2 year warranty.

Should of bought it. I did go back in and cheekily try and get the price down further but they were having none of it! He said it was listed as used but it was just the shop ex demo camera and only recently had been reduced. If it's still there in a months time then the price will again drop. So I'll be keeping a close eye on it!
