Fuji X-E2S Firmware update

Couple of days ago I purchased a refurbished X-E2S and checked the firmware Body 1.0 and - Lens (18-55 2.8-4) 3.12

According to Fuji site Body should be 1.02 and Lens 3.21

Copied latest firmware onto reformatted card - inserted into camera - message "update firmware not be found"

Question is:- should I leave well alone or will I be missing something.

Double-check the film name is exactly right - one character different/missing/added and the camera won't recognise it. This often happens when you download the same file twice and you get file(1) as the second copy and end up trying to use that version.
