frustrated (a bit)

How is it using the same kit you can go out on one day and shoot some really great pics then go out 2 days later to shoot virtually the same thing and these pics just dont seem to cut it:bang:

I know what you mean, also sometimes you go out to capture something and the elements just go - oh no you don't, sunset gone, clouds everywhere, access blocked etc.
Frustrating

as an example this is about the average from yesterday there was defo worse than this and a few better, lighting was hard yesterday with that bright silver/grey sky but not an excuse..
