A quick review on sugarsync - their support has been awful!

My laptop started running at 100% cpu usage end of december, did a reinstall, no improvement.

Contacted sugarsync support, they asked me to reinstall, ie all the usual tech support 101 stuff, again to no improvement.

They escalated to 2nd level support, who asked me to delete some files / folders from my laptop as there was a conflict. The list they gave was unclear, so i asked sugarsync to delete those folders from their backup.

What did they do - delete all my data from backup. They then ignored my mails for a week, so I asked for, and eventually got, a full refund from them last night.

Now trying ARQ with amazon glacier. I shall report back, but so far the upload is redlining (approx 1.8MB upload), and is cheap at $0.01 / GB / Month.

I'm using cloudberry with glacier, let me know how you get on with ARQ :)

I think I have about 1tb up there now
