Ok,

Before i send my Samsung SEF-36PZF off to the insurance, I want to see if I can fix the Zoom function after I drooped it before xmas.

I was suggested in a thread of mine before, that it could be an easy fix and to open the head up and see whats going on inside.

I have undone the two visible screws, but cab't quite get the b****r open, any ideas?
 
Prise off the rubber covers on the pivot area of the head (the side) and you'll find more screws undo them and it should fall to bits nicely ;)
 
Are the rubber bits glued?

worm drive looks miss aligned, not sire i can fix that
 
Zoom works but camera doesnt see the flash now :bang:
